The future is shaped through dialogue: our company retreat as a space for new perspectives

Last week, we spent two days at the Krainerhütte in Baden for our annual company retreat. The aim this year was to reflect together on our development, both as a team and on an individual level.

In recent years, e7 has grown significantly in terms of both expertise and staff numbers. This has raised the following questions:

  • How do we want to develop as an organisation?
  • What does personal development mean at e7?
  • What unites us and what is important to us for the future?

With the invaluable support of Franziska Fink and Lorenz Gareis from the Neuwaldegg consultancy group, we were able to address these questions in a structured way. During intensive group discussions, we gathered, discussed and further developed perspectives as a team. This process provided us with valuable insights that we will now implement step by step.

Alongside the substantive work, there were plenty of opportunities for personal interaction, whether over meals or while relaxing in the spa area after the intensive discussions.

We would like to thank the Neuwaldegg team for their professional guidance and our management for demonstrating just how important development and open collaboration are to them at e7 through such initiatives!
