Data processing for the operation and optimisation of our website (d) shall be based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. This is the legitimate interest in the operation of the website and in marketing.
If you are already a customer/business partner of ours or wish to become one, i.e. have an existing contract or wish to conclude one, you are obliged - on the basis of the contract - to provide certain personal data which are necessary within the framework of the contractual relationship. Data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

Both e7 and the provider use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain a reasonably high standard of care at all times, it cannot be excluded that information you disclose to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by others.
Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hack attack on email account or telephone, interception of faxes).
