David Wolfesberger completed his bachelor's degree in 'Eco-Energy Technology' at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Wels in 2014. After several years of professional experience, he completed his master's degree in 'Renewable Energies' in 2025. In his master's thesis, he explored the dynamic simulation of heating and cooling networks, with a focus on automated model generation based on semantic city models.

As a project assistant at Delta Baumanagement, he gained his first professional experience in the field of project management for new buildings and renovations in the healthcare sector.

At the Federal Real Estate Company, he fulfilled the role of Technical Property Manager, overseeing building operations, as well as the renovation and maintenance of university locations in historic and listed buildings.

Since 2023, he has been employed at e7 in the field of quality assurance for building services planning and the enhancement of energy efficiency in buildings. In the context of energy and technical monitoring, he employs data analysis tools to identify malfunctions and optimisation potential in building services systems. Another area of activity is the design of energy concepts for buildings and neighbourhoods, as well as the simulation of heating and cooling networks as part of decarbonisation projects.

In his private time, he engages in cycling and outdoor activities, and demonstrates a commitment to social change and sustainable urban development.
