Rachel studied Economics at the University of Vienna and completed her Master's degree in Economics at the University of Economics and Business (WU) in 2024. She joined e7 in 2020 and works on research projects within H2020 programs and nationally funded initiatives.

Her focus is on green finance, in particular the financing of energy efficiency measures. In addition, she works on the development of innovative organizational and financing models for the decarbonization of heat supply in urban neighborhoods. In doing so, she focuses on the organizational, financial and legal challenges of decarbonization and at the same time includes the social aspects of such projects.

She finds balance in reading, traveling, weight training and spending time with friends.
