Energy services for the decarbonisation of apartment buildings? - 2 hurdles!

The two most important requirements in brief:

1. The project preparation must be supported by public programmes! This includes:

- Examination of technical feasibility and development of the implementation model
- Communication with residents, moderation of decision-making processes
- Examination of housing law and contract design
- Support in selecting the service provider

2. The adaptation of energy service providers to the residential market segment:

- Wider use of technologies typical for the decarbonisation of residential buildings
- Securing long-term project financing

Conclusion:

Although the market is promising, there are two crucial factors to consider: on the one hand, public support for the project preparation phase and, on the other, the development of attractive offers by energy service providers.
